We have been given so many blessings in this life time, however in our busy day to day we often forget to stop to say thank you. Take a moment even if it is just for 1 minute to reflect and have gratitude for all we have. For example: Thank you Universe for providing all that I need to sustain myself, thank you that I have a house to live in and that I have food today to nourish my body. When we find time to be grateful and thankful we start to increase our positive thinking and start seeing the good things in life. So when we do have experiences that challenge us, by looking back at what we have and what we are grateful for gives us courage and hope to keep moving forward. Keeping a gratitude journal is a great way to track our abundance and gratitude.

Be gentle with yourself. No one hurts us as much as we hurt ourselves. Be gentle and kind to yourself. Everything we experience is for our growth, good and bad. When one door closes another opens. When we get knocked down we get up again and keep moving forward. Self love is the key to resilience and progress. Love the brilliant amazing you that you are.

Time for reflecting on what’s important in your life what is serving you and what is not. Time to let go of what is no longer working for you so that new opportunity presents itself. Look within for answers rather than to external sources for your problems. What feels right for you? What makes you happy? Do that!
