Recognising relationship patterns.

Recognising relationship patterns in our life, what serves us and what doesn’t. Just because someone might feel comfortable or comfort-able doesn’t mean that it is the best for us or our highest good. When people come into our life what are they teaching us? What is it in their behaviour towards us that we attract or they are reflecting to us. Learning to recognise the patterns that aren’t serving us and moving on and forward from them regardless of the pain is true spiritual growth. Ask yourself is this relationship serving me? Am I happy or am I uncomfortable in the uncomfortableness of the relationship. This is not only romantic relationships but could be friends and family. We only have a short time on this earth let’s make the most of it and do what brings us joy.
